Account Administration & Service Governance
Service-based billing arrangements are established only after:
• Execution of a formal service agreement
• Identity verification
• Confirmation of service scope and deliverables
• Internal administrative review for engagement suitability
All services are provided on a fixed-fee basis. Clients may elect to utilize structured payment scheduling for convenience; however:
• No funds are advanced to clients
• No interest or finance charges are applied
• No credit products, loans, or financing arrangements are offered
HALOZ maintains structured invoicing and milestone-based billing practices to ensure transparency and accountability in service delivery.
Outstanding service balances are tracked strictly for administrative and accounting purposes.
All account management activities are administrative in nature and do not constitute lending, underwriting, or credit decisioning.
Accuracy & Integrity of Furnished Data
Before furnishing any account-related information, HALOZ verifies:
• Existence of a valid service agreement
• Delivery or initiation of contracted services
• Consumer authorization documentation (where applicable)
• Payment ledger accuracy
• Absence of active, unresolved disputes
Periodic internal audits are conducted to ensure continued compliance.
HALOZ does not knowingly furnish incomplete, unverifiable, or inaccurate information.
Consumer Authorization & Permissible Purpose
Consumer report information is obtained only:
• With written authorization from the consumer
• In connection with a consumer-initiated request for professional services
Consumer reports may be used solely for:
• Identity verification
• Evaluation of service eligibility
• Internal administrative and risk assessment related to service engagement
All requests for consumer report information are made in compliance with permissible purpose requirements under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Dispute Resolution Protocol
HALOZ maintains a documented dispute resolution process.
If a consumer disputes furnished information:
• The account is reviewed internally
• Supporting documentation is examined
• Corrections are submitted where required

Records are retained in accordance with internal compliance schedules and applicable regulatory requirements.

Prohibited Practices
HALOZ strictly prohibits:
• Marketing or selling tradelines
• Guaranteeing credit score increases
• Reporting fabricated or backdated accounts
• Furnishing information without a valid service-based contractual relationship
• Providing credit repair services
• Engaging in lending, financing, or credit product offerings
All reporting activity reflects legitimate service-based contractual engagements only.
