Credit Information & Reporting

Where structured billing terms are requested, HALOZ may obtain business or consumer credit information through lawful and permissible means, including soft inquiries, for risk assessment and underwriting purposes.

Soft inquiries do not impact credit scores.

HALOZ may furnish account performance data to commercial and/or consumer credit reporting agencies in compliance with applicable law.

HALOZ does not sell personal credit information.


Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.


Data Retention

Client records are retained for a commercially reasonable period consistent with regulatory standards, contractual requirements, and legitimate business purposes.


Your Rights

Clients may request access to their information and may dispute inaccurate information pursuant to our published dispute procedures.


Updates

HALOZ reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy as needed to reflect operational or legal changes.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions

By engaging HALOZ HOLDINGS, clients agree to the following:


Nature of Services

HALOZ provides advisory, structuring, formation guidance, and strategic consulting services. HALOZ does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice unless expressly stated in writing.


Engagement Structure

All services are governed by a formal Service Agreement outlining scope, deliverables, pricing, and milestones.

An initial deposit is required prior to service commencement.

Remaining balances may qualify for structured commercial billing terms subject to underwriting approval.


Billing & Payment

  • Deposits are non-refundable once services begin.
  • Milestone invoices are due upon issuance unless structured terms apply.
  • Net-30 billing requires full payment within 30 calendar days of invoice date.
  • Late payments may result in account restriction or reporting updates where applicable.

HALOZ reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.


Credit Evaluation & Reporting

Where structured billing terms are extended, clients authorize HALOZ to evaluate creditworthiness through permissible business and/or consumer credit data sources.

Approved accounts may be reported to commercial and/or consumer credit reporting agencies in accordance with applicable law.

HALOZ does not guarantee credit score increases or specific credit outcomes.


Dispute Resolution

Disputes must be submitted in writing. HALOZ will review and investigate disputes in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.


Limitation of Liability

HALOZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
