All reporting reflects service-based account activity supported by executed agreements and payment history.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Nature of Services
HALOZ HOLDINGS INC. provides advisory, structuring, formation guidance, and strategic consulting services.
HALOZ does not provide lending, financing, credit products, or credit repair services, and does not guarantee specific credit outcomes.
Engagement Structure
All services are governed by a formal Service Agreement outlining scope, deliverables, pricing, and milestones.
An initial deposit is required prior to service commencement.
Remaining balances may be satisfied through optional service-based payment scheduling, subject to internal administrative review.
Billing & Payment
• Deposits are non-refundable once services begin
• Milestone invoices are due upon issuance
• Net-30 billing requires payment within 30 calendar days
• Late payments may result in service restriction or suspension
Credit Authorization & Reporting
Where authorized:
• HALOZ may obtain business and/or consumer credit information
• Information is used strictly for identity verification and service eligibility
HALOZ does not extend credit or offer financing.
Account performance data may be reported in compliance with applicable law.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes must be submitted in writing and will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
HALOZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
